Having previously spent eight years working with corporate clients as a headhunter (and reading thousands of resumes), I know the ins and outs of career path choices and the hiring process. I don’t administer tests – you and I will talk and analyze your background and your ideas about your future. My style as a headhunter was very "candidate-sensitive” – I enjoyed helping people figure out why they wanted to make a move and what targets might be appropriate. That's why I switched gears 20 years ago and decided to work with individuals rather than corporations. My background also includes experience as an HR Manager and as a Corporate Trainer.
