Why
use a Job Search Coach?
|
In today's tough
job market, anyone can benefit from a little professional help -- DCS has been reducing stress for job seekers since 1989.
My approach to career coaching is practical and individualized, putting more than 30 years of business experience to
work for you. Having previously spent eight years working with corporate clients as a headhunter (and reading thousands of
resumes), I know the ins and outs of career path choices and the hiring process. I don’t administer tests – you
and I will talk and analyze your background and your ideas about your future. My style as a headhunter was very "candidate-sensitive”
– I enjoyed helping people figure out why they wanted to make a move and what targets might be appropriate. That's
why I switched gears 20 years ago and decided to work with individuals rather than corporations. My background also includes
experience as an HR Manager and as a Corporate Trainer. My services are structured so that you may use one facet or all of
them – whatever you need, one step at a time. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available. Questions? Click to e-mail now Or copy and paste into your e-mail
